I was born and grew up in Florence. During my fourth year at the Lieco Scientifico G. Castelnuovo, I had the opportunity, thanks to the initiative of my Philosophy teacher who organised a cultural exchange of students with the Gymnáziem Na Pražačce in Prague, not only to discover Prague in 1989, but also to visit a country of the former socialist bloc, which was not common for Italian students at that time.
After graduating in Law from the University of Florence, I moved with my family to Prague in 1996. I started my legal career in an affiliated firm, Rödl & Partner, where I headed the Italian department looking after real estate investors. This gave me the opportunity to learn Czech, to get to know Czech culture and thus get closer both to people in my everyday life and my clients
The path to the dream
In 2002, I became the author of an annotated translation into Italian of the regulation of commercial companies under Czech law.
In 2003-2005 I served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio Italo Ceca – CAMIC).
From 2007 I worked for approximately ten years as a corporate lawyer in multinational IT and financial services companies. I have also worked with major developers in Prague and provided legal services.
My professional education was not neglected either. In 2018, I received a Master’s degree in IT and IP Law from Georg-August University in Göttingen, Lower Saxony, and a TOLES diploma in Legal English.
After my return to Florence in 2019, I started working with Caretti Tagliaferri Studio Legale, a well-established law firm dealing with administritive and construction law and advising investors and tourism clients.
As a native of Tuscany, I find the cities, countryside and natural beauty of central Italy to be perfect places for a wonderful holiday and a wonderful investment. For this reason, I would like to offer my knowledge of the regions and experience in the real estate industry
I speak fluent English and Czech, and passive French.
I live in Florence, but I have a second office in Prague where I often help clients.
